We’re an independently owned and operated member of the Kingswell network, and every technician who rolls up to a Las Vegas home in one of our trucks lives here, works here, and knows what a July afternoon in Summerlin does to a condenser. Our crew is background-checked, uniformed, and trained across nine major brands, but more than that, they’re the people neighbors call back by name. Victor Mancini has been running this shop since 2003, and the standard he set on day one hasn’t moved: written price before the work, written guarantee before the truck leaves.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Ray D. – Lead Service Technician
Ray’s the guy we send when an AC quits at 4 p.m. on a 112-degree day and the homeowner has a toddler and a dog in the house. He’s been turning wrenches in the Las Vegas valley for 18 years and carries certifications on Carrier, Trane, and Lennox systems, plus the EPA 608 refrigerant handling card. Ray grew up in Henderson and still complains about the traffic on the 215 like it’s a personal insult. When a repair is done, Ray walks the homeowner through exactly what failed, what he fixed, and what the written guarantee says before he leaves the driveway.
Sharon O. – Senior Installer
Sharon leads our AC installation crews, and she’s the reason a new system in Centennial Hills comes out looking like it belongs there, not like it was dropped from a helicopter. She earned her NATE certification in air conditioning installation and has managed full-system replacements in everything from 1960s ranch houses near downtown to new builds in Skye Canyon. Sharon’s detail is the kind where she labels the breaker, levels the condenser pad, and sweeps the garage floor before she calls the job done. Off the clock, she’s restoring a 1972 El Camino in her own garage, which means she understands exactly how particular people are about their equipment.
Mike T. – Service Coordinator
Mike is the live voice on the phone, and no, you’re not getting a voicemail tree when you call at 2 a.m. with a furnace that won’t fire in January. He’s been dispatching for HVAC teams in Las Vegas for nine years and knows the difference between an emergency (no heat with a newborn in the house) and a scheduling request (an annual tune-up before summer). Mike also manages our written pricing process, so when a technician arrives, the price was already prepared and documented before the wrench comes out. He’s a Spring Valley native, a UNLV basketball season ticket holder, and the only person in the office who can talk a first-time homeowner through reading a thermostat over the phone without losing patience.
Jess R. – Apprentice Technician
Jess is two years into her HVAC apprenticeship and working toward her journeyman card. She rides with Ray on most calls, learning the hands-on side of diagnostics, refrigerant handling, and the discipline of writing up a repair clearly enough that a homeowner who never opens a panel can understand it. Jess grew up in North Las Vegas and got into the trade because her parents lost half an August to a failed compressor when she was a kid, and she remembers the heat, the stress, and the relief when a technician finally showed up. That’s the memory she works from. She’s also the one who asks the questions nobody else thinks to ask, which makes the whole team better.
One Standard, Every Job
The Kingswell Way is written down for a reason. It’s five values, and every person named above operates inside them: say the price before the work, show up in the window given, leave the place cleaner than found, put the guarantee in writing, and come back if it fails. That’s not a slogan in a training binder at Cold Harbour Heating and Air Las Vegas. It’s what Ray does when he finishes a compressor swap in Summerlin and hands over a written 365-day guarantee. It’s what Sharon does when she hauls the old unit out of a backyard in Skye Canyon and leaves the gate exactly how she found it. It’s what Mike does when a homeowner calls at 6 a.m. and gets a person, not an answering service, who already knows their address and their system’s history.
We service all major residential HVAC brands, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard. That’s the benefit of one team working to one written standard, across Las Vegas and the wider Kingswell network of independently owned and operated businesses.
A cold harbour was a roadside shelter where travelers waited out the weather. Comfort in any season is the job here, and the people on this page are the ones who do it. Call (725) 726-3813 and you’ll get Mike or another live coordinator, not a menu. We’ll have a technician out to you, written price first, written guarantee after.
